When I saw the theme I of course thought of water. I thought about cleansing and then my musical theater geek nature came out and I thought "I'm gonna wash that man right out of my hair." I thought wouldn't it be great if you could wash away all of your past negative dating experiences and approach each new date with no preconceived notions? It would have made my husband's life easier when we were dating for sure.

Illustration Friday: Midsummer Night

This week's IF topic is Midsummer Night. For some reason, I thought of a swim at sunset, I used this concept to attempt pen and ink drawing. It was fun! It was a great way to experiment with a medium in which I have very little experience. I've always been interested in pen and ink. Yay, IF!
